Welcome to Ponderay Yamaha’s Customer Entitlement Program’s

We, at Ponderay Yamaha, recognize that many of our customers have been affected by the current downturn in the economy. So in an attempt to offset some of this economic gloom, Ponderay Yamaha has decided to implement two separate and distinct Customer Entitlement Program’s.

The Level One Customer Entitlement Program will allow any customer who chooses to join the Program an opportunity to purchase any Yamaha unit Ponderay Yamaha sells at DEALER COST. This Level One Customer Entitlement Program will also allow you to purchase any Yamaha or aftermarket accessory of your choice at DEALER COST. As a further incentive, Ponderay Yamaha will reduce shop labor to Level 1 Program members nearly 54% to $35.00 per hour, less than half the normal shop rate.

Ponderay Yamaha will also offer to its customer’s an alternative to the Level One Customer Entitlement Program membership via a lower cost Level Two Customer Entitlement Program. The Level Two Customer Entitlement Program will allow its members the opportunity to purchase any Yamaha or aftermarket accessory at 15% above Dealer Cost. The Level Two membership will also allow Level Two members to enjoy a 30% shop labor discount to a member rate of $50.00 per hour. Anyone who is a Level Two member will be allowed to upgrade to a Level One membership at anytime.

The cost of a Level One membership will be $300.00 per year.

The cost of a Level Two membership will be $175.00 per year.

If someone wishes to become a Level One member but can not afford to pay the entire balance in one lump sum, the program will allow anyone so choosing to take up to 3 months to pay the annual Level One membership in full. Once the membership fee is paid in full the new member will be granted full Level One benefits under the Customer Enrichment Program. All Level Two memberships must be paid in full at the time of signup.

In order for this Program to work, there will have to be a enough customer interest for Ponderay Yamaha to spend the administrative effort necessary to begin these two exciting new Customer Enrichment Programs. Our goal is to have at least 1,000 Level One members with a limit of 1,500 participating in the Program. In order to assure the level of membership needed is reached as soon as possible, Ponderay Yamaha will pay any current Level One or Level Two member $10.00 for each new member who signs up under a current members name as soon as that new enrolled member becomes a paid Level One member.

The reason Ponderay Yamaha has decided to limit the number of members is to assure that the Program does not get so big that our level of service slips. Our goal is to have satisfied customers who enjoy the benefits afforded by this unique buying opportunity being offered to our valued customer members through the Customer Entitlement Programs.
